On-site consultation
Any member of the population indicated above has the right to access to reference books, standard, periodicals, theses and dissertations and their consultation on the delivery of the student card (for students) and justification for their quality (for other users) at the counters appropriate (only one paper on each card).
Home loan :
The home loan for students is done through library cards distributed to students each academic year. A commitment to compliance with the regulation is essential for 1'obtention maps.
Periodicals, theses, dissertations, dictionaries and encyclopedias are excluded from the home loan.
The order of material to borrow or consult on site must be made through an order form available to users and oral orders will be neglected.
All books borrowed from home must be submitted to the library one week before the start of 1'exam final. Students who do not submit the documents to their office will not be allowed to pass I'exam.
Term of the loan and many book to borrow:
The loan period for all categories of students is one week. The different categories of users have the home loan as follows:
-Students are entitled to one book
-Researchers (non 1'Ecole): justification for their quality research and after presenting their national identity cards, they can consult a document.
Staff 1'Ecole: can borrow up to 5 documents for a period of one month, renewable if necessary.
NB: It is strictly forbidden to monopolize documents between students.
Discipline :
In the reading room:
Any user is obliged to observe the calm and refrain from any activity likely to disturb others or interfere with the proper service.
It is strictly forbidden to:
-Smoking.
-Bring products to consume within the library.
-Play cards.
In addition, all users are required to cooperate with staff and observe the recommendations and the resolution in question, as well they are required to take care of documents and 1'équipement available in the library. Transgression of these recommendations is severely punishable. |
