Description of research activities

The URMESA is a multidisciplinary research unit which hosts another
economists, statisticians and econometricians focusing
to the Mediterranean region, it aims to participate actively in the development
of research in two main areas:

• Study reforms, macro-economic and institutional implementation in the Mediterranean economies and their various impacts on the economic and social performance.
• Modeling of economic phenomena and social development of econometrics and qualitative units design and implementation: statistical methods.

The primary mission of the URMESA is training young people through research, protection and dissemination of research and looking for a better color of the university in its environment.
